Won numerous CTFs and went to 2006 DEF CON finals as the first Asian ever,
and having gone to DEF CON finals more than anybody else in Korea.
Successfully organized internationally known conferences SECUINSIDE, CODEGATE including CTFs.
And now he's the CEO of GrayHash and technical member of council for
Samsung SDS's Integrated Security Control Center and National Cyber-command.
Another legend is being told among world-wide hackers
that he showed up with perfect English after a month of study,
while his fate pushes him to endless battle against hang-overs.
Spoke at BLACKHAT Las Vegas, CANSECWEST, BREAKPOINT and many more world-class conferences,
And he's currently a member of review board for BLACKHAT Asia.

Chief researcher : GooHong Jung(mongii)

He fell into computer world with a 386 PC gifted by his father when he was 5th grade.
He kept growing his skills and met people in Nownuri BBS's hacking group during highschool years,
and there he met SeungJin Lee(beist), resulting current slavery life.
Right after SAT test, he made "HackerSchool(www.hackerschool.org)", a security community site
which he's been running for more than 15 years, and got his nickname of 'leader uncle of
100 thousand kiddo hackers'.
He likes every field of security including system hacks, web hacks, reverse engineering, hardware hacks
and he's also interested in training/education systems for beginners, such as being a mentor of BoB,
organizing teenagers' CTF event, running HackingCamp, organizing CODEGATE Junior conference, etc.

Senior researcher : HeungSoo Kang(jz)

Once opon a time, he coded his first program in GW-BASIC,
and his first reverse engineering was cracking games with Game Wizard.
Been a member of Samsung Software Membership, and then he worked for AhnLab and
Ministry of National Defense, continuing his career in Microsoft Vancouver and to GrayHash.
Due to working on various things like coding, reverse engineering, exploit writing,
his hardest question to answer is 'what do you do for living?'.
Having old school x86/x64 reverse engineering as his expertise,
his interests lie in analyzing/chasing APT cases and code obfuscation.
He has a useless past of holding championship titles of his hometown's arcade plaza
on games such as X-Men vs Street Fighter, Samurai Shodown 4, Tekken Three Tag.

Senior researcher : Cheolung Lee(chpie)

He made a splendid debut to security world with a new scheme of keyboard hack posting
named "PS/2 Keyboard Interrupt Hooking" on the historical hack site rootkit.com.
And this caught beist's eyes, he offers chpie to join beistlab hacker group.
Crazy part is that he was on his military duty when he wrote the paper.
It is known that he has read the Intel Developer's Manual through 3 times
which normal people don't even make it once in a lifetime.
Being a hardcore nerd, he likes kernel level rootkits, fuzzing, DBIs, any other fields that
combines development and security, he shows great skills on reverse engineering and bug hunting.
His ultimate goal is to find a bug in hardware level.

Senior researcher : JunHo Jang(ramses)

From tropical islands of Jeju, he knew nothing but studying.
But after getting into POSTECH he gets fascinated by the art of hacking, he joins PLUS hacking group.
As the leader of PLUS, he won several CTFs,
including his 3rd place in DEF CON CTF 2009, for the first time as a Korean.
He was always amazed by how good beist's skills are during various CTFs,
he makes his terrible mistake volunteering to become GrayHash's slavery life.
He is great at not only hacking, but also all kinds of athletics
including soccer, climbing, cross-fit, and his guitar skills are heart-melting,
making him an all around player.

Senior researcher : Won Lee(naska)

He entered the computer world with his 8bit computer SPC-1000 gifted by his father in his 7th age.
With this he taught himself various programming languages such as BASIC, C, Fortran, COBOL,
but he had to stop studying computers for a private reason.
After the SAT test he came back with his passion.
With his interest in hacking, he mastered various wargames everywhere,
and he met mongii, the founder of HackerSchool and becomes the 1st member of HackerSchool labs.
He showed awesome talent winning CTFs, but he suddenly joined the world of embedded systems,
grew himself qi of RTOS, middlewares, embedded linux, firmwares for 10 years until joining GrayHash.
He's interested in building J.A.R.V.I.S. and Ironman suit.

Senior researcher : ByeongYoon Lee(redd0g)

Since 7th grade he started hacking stuff, becoming wildly active as he joins beistlab by SeungJin Lee.
In 2010 he became a developer to substitute his military service,
building his engineering skills on top of his reverse engineering skills.
And to combine both powers of hacking and development, he challenged to join GrayHash.
His interest include lots of fields including machine learning, pattern recognition.
His nickname redd0g(Balgae in Korean) is an hommage to Akainu of the three admirals in OnePiece.
And he had no idea that Akainu was such a badass villain, for at the time he was closed character.

Researcher : SeongWon Hyun(sweetchip)

At the age of 20, he received plenty of rewards for several vulnerabilities
reported to HP ZDI bug bounty program. He was always fascinated to computers
since childhood, and this leads him to joining BoB gen 2.
And after his sleepless efforts he got nominated as the top 10 of BoB.
Until he was in the WhiteHash program - a scholarship program run by GrayHash
beist's torture wasn't too bad and joining GrayHash's internship changed everything.
His HP gets discharged everyday, his heart pounds crazy everytime he comes to report meeting.
His ultimate goal is to become the best Windows bug hunter.

Internship : InHyeong Lee(2doll)

Once he was very deep into arts, but he gets attracted to the world of hackers
after joining a infosec club at the university. And he joins BoB gen 3 to stack up his skills.
Among his various experiences he falls into hardware hacks, and grows more interests into
security fields winning multiple CTFs like SECUINSIDE CaptureTheBugs, KDFS digital forensic challenge.
Unlike his looks, his hobby is painting and he was delighted to get an internship offer at GrayHash,
until his first day when he met beist and got a sudden hunch that something was wrong.

Internship : Sunnyeo Park(rosnot)

Starting her first interest in security field since highschool,
she dove deep into technology by joining hacking group at the university.
Despite being a noob freshman, she showed awesome potentials at
Power of XX CTF which she had no idea what it was, surprising everyone around.
Afterwards she applies for BoB gen 3 to learn and study more
where she joined a hardware hack project leading to an opportunity to work at GrayHash.
Unlike her looks she likes to play drums, recently likes indoor climbing.
But she's already figured - that to survive at GrayHash her hobby time should be reduced..
